MIXOLOGY
Impress your friends with signature cocktails using the most versatile gin and rum.

ROYAL PINEAPPLE

– GIN –

1. Combine 50ml Magalies Gin, ice, two 1/4 pineapple slices, dash of grenadine into a cocktail shaker.

2. Shake thoroughly until mixed, or stir well if you don’t have a shaker.

3. Pour into a gin glass and top with good quality tonic.

4. Add gold shimmer for an extra impression!

MAGALIES G&T

– GIN –

1. Muddle 2 Naartjie pieces in a glass.

2. Fill glass with ice and add 50ml Magalies Gin.

3. Top the glass with tonic water.

4. Twist the Naartjie peel over the glass, wipe the rim and add to glass.

5. Garnish with a lemon verbena leaf.

NEW FASHIONED

– RUM –

1. Add ice, 50ml Pathfinder Rum, 25ml sugar syrup (or Butlers Van Der Hum liqueur), 50ml water and 2 dashes of Angostura bitters to a shaker and shake until well mixed.

2. Stir all ingredients rigorously in a tall glass if you don’t have a shaker.

3. Strain into a tumbler over ice and garnish with a twisted orange peel.

HIGHVELD STORM

– RUM –

1. Muddle a 1/4 lime wedge in a glass.

2. Fill glass with ice and add 50ml Pathfinder Rum.

3. Top with good quality Ginger Beer.

4. Add a dash of Angostura bitters to create the “storm” effect.

5. Garnish with lime.
